1. Program description
Qirrus provides messaging technology for participating restaurants. Messages identify Qirrusor the participating restaurant and may relate to a reservation, waitlist, order, payment, receipt, account, security event, or customer-service request.
Promotional text messages are sent only after a separate, channel-specific marketing opt-in. Agreeing to reservation messages does not authorize promotional messages.
2. How consumers opt in
During a participating restaurant’s public reservation flow, the guest selects a date and time, provides a mobile number, completes contact verification, and is shown a separate, optional SMS checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to complete the booking.
